Perhaps we can help. Our services are available in two forms - advice to help solve a one-off problem, or continuing advice in connection with a project. The terms that apply for these two situations are explained below.
Query Basis
You may, for example, need to know what are the hazards from using x-ray bomb detection equipment, or what are the international labelling requirements for a package of radioactive materials

respond with an estimated time and cost to answer your query (at the rate
of US$75 per hour). If you are agreeable - then send a fax stating this,
with your query and our estimate referenced, to either +1 845 350 7355
(USA) or +44 870 321SEND (UK). We will then do our best to speedily provide
the advice or information needed. You then pay the cost that was estimated,
or other amount that was subsequently agreed upon by the both of us.
Retainer Basis
You may, for example, have a project in another country which involves you potentially being exposed to radiation.

respond confirming the cost, which will be on the following lines :-

If you are agreeable - then send a fax stating this, with your original submission and our cost referenced, to either +1 845 350 7355 (USA) or +44 870 321SEND (UK). Payment is due as soon as the retainer period commences. During the retainer period, advice can be requested by either email, fax or voicemail. We will then do our best to speedily provide the advice or information needed by email, fax, or telephone if more appropriate.

Response times
Responses may not be made the same working day, but will be available normally in 1 - 3 working days (faster in genuinely urgent situations).
